We started in a working studio between shoots — formulating shades we wished existed for the faces in our chairs. Every drop is hand-poured by an MUA.

Glow began on a film set. Our founder, a working MUA, kept running out of shades that suited the actresses she painted — too orange, too pink, too dry, too pasty. So she started pouring her own. Today, a team of twelve artists formulates every drop in small batches.
We never test on animals. We never use parabens, sulfates, or silicones. And every shade is wear-tested on light, medium, and deep skin tones before it goes near a customer.
